BSE Odisha: Application Form & Pay-in-Slip Download For Grant of Affiliation (2015-16)

Department School & Mass Education: Applications in the prescribed form are invited from High Schools of Odisha Grant of Fresh/ Renewal/ Permanent Affiliation for the year, 2015-16

1. Following category of schools shall be eligible to apply for grant of Affiliation by the B.S.E., Odisha.

(a) The schools who have been issued NOC by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha with the clearance of the High Power Committee formed by the Govt.

(b) The schools that have already received recognition for class-IX or X even once (as per old pattern). 

2. The government secondary schools are deemed to be affiliated to the B.S.E., Odisha and hence they should not apply for grant of affiliation. 

3. The schools that have been accorded fresh recognition during the year 2014-15 will be eligible to apply for renewal/ permanent affiliation. 

4. The Schools which have been accorded with renewal of affiliation/ recognition shall also apply for renewal of affiliation for 2015-16 / permanent affiliation. 

5. The schools which applied for permanent affiliation during 2014-15 and not been granted with permanent affiliation shall have to again apply for renewal of affiliation for 2015-16 / permanent affiliation.

Remittance of Fees:-

The fees as aforesaid shall be deposited by the intending schools in the following SBI Account through pay-in-slip of Board at various branches of the State Bank of India. Remittance of fees in any other manner shall not be entertained. They must attach the copy of the pay-in-slip with the application form. SBI Account No. 30995129371

(a) The schools at 1. (a) & 1. (b) Supra are required to submit the photocopy of NOC and last order of renewal of recognition respectively with their respective application form.

(b) The applicant schools shall submit the filled in application forms in duplicate along with all the enclosures, to the concerned District Education Officer on or before dt.30/01/2016. The District Education Officers shall send one copy of the application from along with their remarks to the concerned zonal offices by dt.08/02/2016. The Dy. Secretary Zonal offices shall submit all applications received from the concerned DEOs in the head office on or before dt. 08/02/2016.

Fees for Affiliation:-

Fresh Annual Affiliation  - Rs.6000/-

Annual Renewal Affiliation  - Rs.4000/-

Permanent Affiliation  - Rs.15000/-
