At the launching ceremony (Jan 28, 2015), CM Naveen Pattnaik announced, The e-Bitarana is the consolidation of all activities relating to identification of beneficiaries, supply chain management system, doorstep delivery of -- food grains at fair price shops, effective grievance redressal mechanism for strengthening targeted PDS for implementation of NFSA 2013.
Besides government employees, Income tax payers, persons having vehicles including two -- wheelers, business with TIN (tax payer identification number), households with electricity consumption of above 300 units per month, -- persons having power tillers, fishing boats or other heavy vehicles and professional tax payers are among those who are not entitled to get benefit of the scheme.
“The administration will take action against the ineligible persons who have not withdrawn their application despite repeatedly request. If necessary, criminal case will be -- filed against the ineligible persons who get the ration card” The government has decided to roll-out the-- NFSA from October 1.

If you want to Download your acknowledge receipt or check your DPL (Draft Priority List) status, please click on below buttons. After clicking to respective buttons, please enter required data to explore your details. Example: Choose your District Name, Block Name, then GP/Ward Name. After it, the website will automatically load Ration Card registration center name. Then you have to put your Last Four Digit of Enrollment Acknowledgement Receipt Number to check your Card Status.
